All players are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before any withdrawal may be processed. KYC requires submission of a clear copy of your CNIC (both sides) and may additionally require a selfie, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. sxi6s will not process withdrawals to any unverified account. KYC is also triggered by certain deposit thresholds, bonus claim events, or at sxi6s's discretion in response to risk indicators.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active sxi6s account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or via other means — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sxi6s will close all accounts associated with that individual, confiscate any bonus funds, and may withhold real-money balances pending a full investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sxi6s Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. sxi6s will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or a third party — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact sxi6s support immediately.
You may request closure of your sxi6s account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules. Any real-money balance remaining after settlement will be returned via your registered withdrawal method following satisfactory KYC completion. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and are subject to the Responsible Gaming Policy.
An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. sxi6s reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, not exceeding Rs 200 per month, after providing 30 days written notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance will never be reduced below zero by inactivity fees.
sxi6s currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:
sxi6s does not charge any deposit processing fee. Third-party fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside sxi6s's control and are not reimbursable. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified accounts and only to payment methods previously used for deposit (or equivalent methods in the same name). sxi6s reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. sxi6s aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the stated processing times; however, delays caused by banking system downtime, public holidays, or risk review procedures are outside our control.
All sxi6s accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. sxi6s does not hold player funds in any foreign currency without explicit written agreement.
sxi6s maintains robust anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) controls in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations. sxi6s may delay, refuse, or reverse transactions that trigger AML risk indicators. Players must not use the sxi6s platform for any purpose other than personal gaming entertainment. Depositing funds with the intent to withdraw without wagering activity constitutes misuse of the platform and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal to Source Principle: sxi6s applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawals. Funds must be returned to the same account or wallet used for the original deposit to the fullest extent permitted by the payment method.

The sxi6s welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus wallet and is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be transferred to the real-money wallet and withdrawn. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:
Where bonus abuse is identified, sxi6s reserves the right to cancel all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings, close the affected account(s), and withhold any balance pending investigation.
Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.
All bets placed on the sxi6s sports betting platform are final once confirmed by the system. A confirmed bet reference number is displayed after successful placement. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation. It is your responsibility to verify all selections, odds, and stake amounts before confirming a wager.
sxi6s publishes odds in decimal format as the default. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation; the odds recorded in your confirmed bet reference are the odds that apply to settlement. sxi6s reserves the right to suspend any market, refuse any bet, or limit maximum stake amounts at its discretion without prior notice.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement period; the market is suspended due to a technical error resulting in materially incorrect odds; or regulatory or licensing requirements necessitate voiding. A voided bet returns the exact stake to the player's real-money wallet.
Betting on events in which you have insider knowledge, or placing bets in connection with any match-fixing, spot-fixing, or integrity-breach scheme, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant sporting and law-enforcement authorities. sxi6s cooperates fully with sporting integrity bodies including the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Integrity Unit and international anti-corruption organisations.
All casino games, slot titles, and crash game outcomes on the sxi6s platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that each outcome is statistically independent of all previous outcomes and cannot be influenced by any party.
In the event of a demonstrable game malfunction or technical error, any affected game rounds will be voided and stakes returned. sxi6s does not honour payouts arising from malfunctions, system errors, software bugs, or any manifest error resulting in materially incorrect displayed odds or game parameters. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

In the event of a stream disconnection during an active bet, the outcome already decided at the table at the moment of disconnection governs settlement. sxi6s is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sxi6s platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of sxi6s.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sxi6s, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
sxi6s's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in your sxi6s account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Gaming Losses: Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of losing deposited funds. sxi6s accepts no liability for gaming losses incurred in the course of normal, lawfully conducted play. Play only what you can afford to lose.
sxi6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sxi6s holds its operating gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and sxi6s, you should first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. sxi6s aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the dispute resolution process specified by sxi6s's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause prevents sxi6s from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent irreparable harm, including harm caused by prohibited conduct described in Section 9.
